Lexington VAMC (Leestown Rd) – Upgrade Chilled Water System Location: Lexington, KY 40511 Description: The intent of the project scope of work is to repair and replace up to three chilled water pumps, install a new plate and frame heat exchanger, and the replacement of a 600 ton cooling tower.

Mountain Home VAMC – Upgrade Chilled Water System Location: Johnson City, Tennessee Description: The scope of work is to expand the existing chilled water system capacity at the northeast end of the existing campus chilled water distribution loop in order to provide new redundant cooling systems for Buildings 162 and 37.

Cincinnati VAMC – Public Address System Replacement Cincinnati, Ohio, Veterans Affairs Medical Center HAL-PE was contracted to replace both the Public Address and Paging systems in the Cincinnati VA Medical Center Hospital complex as part of this Recovery and Reinvestment Act procurement.

Chalmers P. Wylie Ambulatory Care Center – New MRI Suite Chalmers P. Wylie Ambulatory Care Center, Columbus, Ohio HAL-PE’s requirement will be a design build type project to provide all design, labor, supervision, materials, and equipment to renovate approximately 1500 square feet of existing 1st floor maintenance area into a new MRI suite and some minor work in the new Biomedical Equipment Repair area.
