HAL-PE’s requirement will be a design build type project to provide all design, labor, supervision, materials, and equipment to renovate approximately 1500 square feet of existing 1st floor maintenance area into a new MRI suite and some minor work in the new Biomedical Equipment Repair area.

The MRI Suite will include a waiting area, reception room, interview & preparation room, sub-wait area, MRI magnet room, equipment room and control room. The scope of work includes demolition and new construction of existing areas to allow for the installation of new MRI equipment. Project will include concrete, masonry metals, wood, plastics & composites, thermal & moisture, openings, finishes, specialties, equipment, furnishings, fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC, electrical and communications.
