The new Cincinnati Downtown Residence Inn by Marriot Hotels involved the total interior demolition and renovation of the Phelps Apartments located on 4th Street in downtown Cincinnati. The building consists of 12 stories with a partial basement, over 132,000 square feet and 142 extended stay hotel suites.
HAL-PE Associates was contracted to perform all mechanical, electrical and plumbing design on this state of the art LEED certifiable project.
The project is currently under construction, on time and on budget with an estimated MEP construction cost of $3.85M.
